Delete Your VeraHold Account

You can delete your VeraHold account at any time.

In the app: open VeraHold, log in, tap the menu, tap Profile, then tap Delete Account and confirm.

If you can't open the app: email support@verahold.com with the subject "Delete my VeraHold account," and include your username. For your security, we confirm every request by contacting the email address on file for that account. Once your request is confirmed, we will process it promptly, and no later than 30 days, subject to the conditions below.

What to know: deletion is permanent, and the account can't be restored. Deletion isn't available while you have pending Offers, active Agreements, or unresolved disputes. After deletion you can no longer log in. As described in our Privacy Policy and Terms, certain records, such as offer and agreement history, payment-related records and system logs, may be retained for legal, compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and security purposes.
